NHRC Membership Application 

The New Haven Rowing Club is a private, nonprofit rowing organization, situated in the Town of Oxford, Connecticut, on the Housatonic River.

Founded in 1970, the NHRC has nearly 100 members ranging in age from 16 to 82. Currently, men represent about 60% and women 40% of our total membership. We have a beautiful two-bay boathouse with complete locker-room facilities, a spacious clubroom, and a weight room with ergs.

Our Club is well known in the US and internationally. NHRC rowers have won medals at major regattas such as the Head of the Charles, the US Masters National Championship Regatta, the San Diego Crew Classic, and many others. In 1981, the Club set out on the first of its now annual trips to Europe to race in the FISA World Masters Championship Regatta.

The NHRC welcomes new members of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
